About KRISHI360

What is KRISHI360?

KRISHI360 is an integrated agricultural lifecycle intelligence and financial-governance platform designed to connect farm-level evidence, digital agriculture, credit, insurance, market services and institutional decision intelligence.

What is KrishiMitra?

KrishiMitra is KRISHI360's recurring field-evidence framework that links agricultural observations and supporting evidence with the relevant farmer, plot, season, location, time and authorised reporter.

What is the Agricultural Digital Twin?

A continuously evolving digital representation of agricultural holdings and activity, connecting spatial, crop, environmental, financial and operational information over time.

Does KRISHI360 replace existing Government platforms?

No. KRISHI360 is an interoperable operational-intelligence layer. It integrates with authorised registries and existing systems rather than requiring underlying systems to be replaced.

Can KRISHI360 integrate with existing Government or banking systems?

Yes. The architecture supports API-based integration and configurable institutional workflows, subject to technical, legal and institutional authorisation.

Regulatory boundaries

Is KRISHI360 a lender?

No. KRISHI360 provides technology, evidence, workflow automation and analytics. Lending decisions remain with authorised regulated financial institutions.

Does KRISHI360 approve or reject a KCC application?

No. It supports application, verification, workflow, analytics and monitoring. Final lending authority remains with the bank or financial institution.

Does KRISHI360 determine insurance claims or Government compensation?

No. KRISHI360 provides structured evidence and analytical support. Eligibility, assessment and settlement remain with the authorised insurer, Government agency, bank or other responsible institution.

Does KRISHI360 issue carbon credits or certifications?

No. KRISHI360 supports farm evidence, digital MRV and certification-readiness documentation. Issuance and certification depend on the relevant methodology, programme, verifier, registry, certifying body and contractual arrangements.

Data & trust

Does KRISHI360 sell farmer data?

KRISHI360's institutional intelligence model is designed around authorised services and appropriately governed derived or aggregated intelligence — not the unrestricted sale of identifiable farmer information.

Who can see a farmer's data?

Access is role-based and purpose-limited: an institution sees what its authorised role requires; intelligence products use aggregated or appropriately protected information; the farmer can access their own record. Consent mechanisms are versioned and traceable.

Where is data hosted?

The architecture is designed for regulated Indian deployment, with India data residency where contractually required.

Is the platform audited and secure?

Security is designed on recognised information-security principles: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, least privilege, audit logging, security testing, backup and disaster recovery. Specific certifications are stated only when held.

For institutions

Can KRISHI360 operate across multiple banks or institutions?

Yes. The architecture is designed as multi-institution infrastructure with logical institutional segregation.

How can an institution evaluate KRISHI360?

Institutions can request an architecture walkthrough, use-case demonstration or structured technical and commercial discussion.

What does participation cost?

Commercial terms are structured per institution and deployment — usage-based service models, and concession-grade frameworks for state-scale deployments. Rates are shared in institutional discussions, not published.

How does KRISHI360 help reduce credit risk?

Crop-stage monitoring, utilisation context, lifecycle anomalies and portfolio early-warning signals surface stress before default, and renewal decisions ride on evidence rather than paperwork alone. Decisions remain with the institution.

How does it support audit and compliance?

Every workflow generates traceable, time-stamped records — supporting institutional reporting, statutory audit and programme reconciliation.

For Government

How does KRISHI360 protect public expenditure?

By linking programme administration to system-validated evidence: digital eligibility context, exclusion-screening support, verifiable disbursal trails and audit-ready records for compensation, subsidy and applicable debt-relief programmes. Final eligibility decisions always remain with Government.

Can a deployment align with national digital agriculture initiatives?

Yes. The platform is designed to interoperate with farmer registries, crop-survey frameworks and related national and state digital infrastructure, subject to authorisation.

For marketplace participants

Is the marketplace compulsory?

No. Marketplace participation operates under applicable partner, buyer, seller and service-provider terms.

Can KRISHI360 guarantee a buyer or crop price?

No. Marketplace and forward-contract modules facilitate discovery, evidence and workflow; they do not guarantee price or counterparty performance.

Do marketplace sales influence lending decisions?

No. Marketplace operations are separated from credit workflows; lending decisions rest solely with the financial institution.

How does a seller, buyer or service provider join?

Through the partner application on the Partner With Us page — registration, verification and conduct standards apply.

For farmers

Does a farmer have to pay to use KRISHI360 for KCC?

The commercial architecture does not depend on a mandatory KCC borrower platform fee. Separately offered farmer services are optional and consent-based.

Do optional paid services affect my loan?

No. Optional services are never bundled with KCC and have no bearing on loan eligibility or terms.

What does the farmer get?

A continuously growing verified farm record — cultivation history, credit documentation, insurance evidence, programme evidence, market access and the farm's own economics — usable across the services the farmer chooses.
